How does Nourkrin Work?
Nourkrin is a scientifically proven hair re-growth programme that has been based on more than 20 years of research, development and clinical studies. It contains a proprietary blend of active ingredients including the exclusive Marilex® which is not found in any other hair regrowth product making it exclusive to Nourkrin.
It works in conjunction with the hair growth cycle by providing the hair and scalp with much needed nutrition to normalise disrupted hair growth cycles which have been affected by a variety of different causes. Disruption in the hair growth cycle can be a major cause of hair shedding and weak hair re-growth in both men and women.
1. The Normal Hair Growth Cycle
Phase 1 (Growth Phase)
In this phase of the cycle 85-90% of the hair is growing and this phase can last for up to 3 years or longer.
Phase 2 (Transition Phase)
The growth phase comes to an end and the hairs nutrient vessel (the dermal papilla) is disconnected form the follicle. 1% of hair is affected for 1-2 weeks.
Phase 3 (Resting Phase)
10-15% of the hair sits inactive as it has reached its full growth potential. This phase lasts for around 3-4 months after which the hair is released from the follicle and replaced by new hair. These follicles then begin the growth phase again (phase one).
The Disrupted Hair Growth Cycle
Phase 1 (Reduced Growth Phase)
The normal growth phase can become reduced affecting the cycle.
Phase 2 (Early Transition Phase)
If the growth phase had been reduced this leads to hair follicles entering the transition phase much too early.
Phase 3 (Prolonged resting phase)
The early transition phase triggers a longer resting phase and therefore increased hair shedding and weak re-growth. Because fewer follicles are introduced back into the growth phase this sometimes results in no regrowth and some hair follicles becoming dormant.
The Nourkrin Effect
The Unique Blend of ingredients from Nourkrin including the active ingredient Marilex works in conjunction with the normal hair growth cycle to normalise the life and function of the hair follicles. Follicles stuck in a dormant state are stimulated encouraging them to re-enter the growth phase. With the dormant follicles back in this phase the resting phase is pushed back to normal levels, reducing hair loss and restoring a healthy hair growth cycle.
