About the Plan

Want to slim down for a special occasion, and don’t have time to waste? The Slim Fast 3,2,1 Plan can give you the results you’re after. Men on the diet can still follow the same plan, but because their calorie requirements are higher, we recommend they consume between 1600-1800 calories a day. To achieve this, men should increase the calorie content of their evening meal to around 800 calories.

It keeps your metabolism going and helps to give you the energy you need to get you through the day.
