What is Bach Rescue Remedy and how will it help me?

What is it?

Bach Rescue Remedy is a flower essence product made by English physician Dr Edward Bach. Flower essences used in this product are made by either placing flowers in spring water or leaving them to infuse in the sun or by boiling them in water. While other Bach Remedies contain the essence of a single flower, Rescue is made of a combination of different flower essences like rock rose, impatiens, clematis, star of Bethlehem, and cherry plum.

How will it help me?

Flower essences are proven to help relieve stress, which can have a negative impact on the immune system. Certain flower essences used in Rescue are known to promote healthy sleep and others to lessen anxiety and pain. Rescue Remedy is to help you feel calmer and protect your mind and body from anxiety during moments of extreme stress.
