Taking Bach flower remedies

How do I take them?

Flower remedies from the Bach range can be taken by adding 2 drops of each of the selected Bach Flower Remedies to 30 ml/1 oz mixing bottle. Up to 6 or 7 remedies may be added to a single treatment bottle. If you want to preserve the treatment mixture for longer you can add a teaspoon of brandy, apple cider vinegar, or vegetable glycerine.

Next, fill the 30ml/1 oz bottle to the top with drinking water. You may then take this mixture at 4 drops a day, 4 times a day until you start feeling better. Should you need some extra backing from the remedy on a day when you are not doing well, you can add 1 or 2 drops of the remedy to a glass of water or juice and take small sips throughout the day until you start to feel better.

Bach Rescue Remedy can be taken as often as you need it. Either you can take 4 drops of Rescue remedy by mouth or you can add 2 to 4 drops in a glass of water and drink it slowly.

Are there side effects?

Bach Flower Remedies have been used for nearly 80 years without any evidence of negative side effects. These work to gently restore the delicate balance between mind and body by helping you feel calm and deal with any negative emotions or health conditions. While other medications work to heal the body, Bach Flower Remedies help you deal with emotional setbacks so that you can be happier and more fulfilled.

Because these remedies are made from the extract of wild flowers they are natural products that are safe for the whole family to use. Even pets can benefit from the Bach Animal remedies, a line that is dedicated to the emotional and physical wellbeing of your pets. There are no known side effects or allergic reactions either.
