Each serving provides 15.4g of high quality protein, is high in fibre, and low in sugar, with a low glycaemic index (GI) to support balanced blood glucose response. The product is suitable for vegetarians, gluten free, and contains a sweetener. Glucerna Control Coffee is also available in a vanilla flavour.
As a meal replacement for weight control, substituting one main daily meal within an energy restricted diet can help maintain weight after weight loss, while replacing two main meals can contribute to weight loss. All Glucerna Control meal replacements comply with EU Regulation 2016/1413, providing 200–250 kcal per serving and supplying protein as 25–50% of total energy.
