This product is fantastic. I have always had trouble gaining and maintaining weight. A dietician introduced me to enshake. It can work out quite pricy, but enshake is even more effective and easier on the pocket. It has helped me to feel healthier and more confident. Not all skinny people are anorexic.
This is brilliant for if you need to go on holiday and need extra nutrition, i have gastroparesis and have been using the ensure plus juce. These drinks are higher in fat, but not too high, I add water to mine as I cant drink milk, although i can tolerate the milk protein in the ingredients. I drink half at a time as they are quite filling and heavy. it would be good for the site to add the ingredients to the information for Enshake powders, as I had to search through other sites to find the ingredients. Brilliant product and the strawberry flavour is lovely.
