Cura-Heat Back & Shoulder are specially designed rectangular heat packs to help provide 12-hour warming relief from minor joint aches and pains. It helps to deliver heat therapy in an easy to use format and works by increasing blood flow to the source of pain to decrease stiffness and relax sore muscles.
The patches are convenient to use, and can be worn on under clothing, as they are designed with a thin, discreet design. They are portable enough to be carried anywhere. This product is fragrance-free and non-medicinal.
Cura-Heat Period Pain contains the ingredients such as iron, activated carbon and water, which oxidise and produce heat when it comes into contact with the oxygen in the air, to provide constant, comforting heat.

Alliviates my back pain for hours
Great product, great value
Great product, stays warm for hours and provides relief.
These are very soothing and help you feel more comfortable and comforted. The heat stays warm for ages.. I think mine worked for a whole day or more. You need to spend a bit of effort fixing the pad comfortably to yourself without attaching it to your skin. I used a surgical stocking put the pad inside it and then clipped it around my waist. It would be good if the manufacturers came up with a better sticky glue plaster type of adhesiv that you could use on your skin.
