You will need:

• 200ml (1/3 pint) of water or milk (cold or warm)
• A whisk or fork
• A glass or mug
• 60g (4 rounded tablespoons) of Complan Original

Ready in three simple steps:

1. Measure out 200ml (1/3 pint) of cold milk or water. Then pour a small amount of it into a glass.
2. Add 60g (4 rounded tablespoons) of Complan to the small amount of milk or water and blend into a paste using a fork or whisk. This paste can be added to soups, stews, mashed potato and other foods, or for a drink, follow step 3.
3. Pour in the rest of the milk or water, stir well and leave to stand for 2 minutes before enjoying your delicious drink.
