How to use Complan


Complan is fortified with essential vitamins and minerals to provide you with the nutrition and energy you need. 1-3 servings of Complan each day are recommended as a dietary supplement.

It can be used between meals as a supplement or occasionally as a meal replacement if your appetite isn’t very strong. The powder can be freshly mixed with milk or water as you need it.


Instructions for mixing Complan


1. Add cold or hot (not boiling) water to a large cup or mug until it’s a quarter full.

2. Add 3-4 dessert spoons of Complan Original or one sachet of flavoured Complan.

3. Mix to a smooth cream with a whisk or fork.

4. Top up with either cold or hot water, stirring all the time.

Dietary supplements are not meant to be the sole source of nutrition, so always seek advice from a doctor or nutritionist if you have a poor appetite or trouble eating.
