Vitamins B1 and B2 help to unlock energy from your diet. Vitamins C, B6 and B12 support the normal function of the immune system. Biotin, Chromium, and Zinc contribute to the normal metabolism of fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

As one review has stated, these are hard/crunchy tablets--though they are indeed chewable and have a pleasant fruity taste. Easy to take so long as you don't have any problems with chewing. They are however expensive for what they are, and I think the same effect could be gained from a child's multivitamin. Also, though the pack is for 30 tablets, the instructions state that TWO should be taken a day, meaning the bottle only lasts 15 days when taken correctly!
