How to take:

Take 2 XLS-Medical Max Strength tablets with liquid before the two main meals of your day. Do not consume more than 4 tablets a day. Drinking ample amount of water will keep you hydrated and promote digestion.

• The tablets are recommended for adults over 18 years of age. The use of this product by adolescents 12-18 years old is subject to the supervision of healthcare professionals.
• Do not take them during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding, or if your Body Mass Index (BMI) is below 18.5.
