The new Vicks VapoRub in an easy-to-use applicator provides soothing relief from cold symptoms. Designed for all adults and children over 2 years old, it effectively alleviates up to 4 common cold symptoms, ensuring a restful night's sleep for the whole family. The powerful vapours of Vicks VapoRub help relieve nasal congestion, blocked nose, cough and sore throat for up to 8 hours.

Do not swallow or place in nostrils. If symptoms persist, or in case of fever, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
As with all medicines, keep out of sight and reach of children.

Do not use on children under 2 years of age.
Do not store above 25°C. Do not heat in the microwave. Never reheat the mixture.
Remove the cap and the seal, prime the product by turning the bottom of the stick 3-4 times.
Remove cap and foil twist the bottom to release the product.
Clean with a tissue after each use and place the cap on.
Adults: Apply liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.
Children over 2 years: Gently apply a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
Inhalation: Adults: If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 10-15 minutes.
