11. Any decision of Chemist Direct as to eligibility to take part in the Competition or the result of the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 12. Prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Chemist Direct reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.

13. Where a prize requires a specific size, we will contact the winner to ask which they would like. For example, a small or large wrist strap.

14. Chemist Direct will only send the prize (where applicable) to an address within the UK.

15. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Chemist Direct if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
