The prize draw is being conducted on behalf of Pharmacy2U by Trinity McQueen (Registered Company No. 8389485)
The prize draw is open to participants resident in the British Isles (including Channel Islands) aged 16 or over. You may not enter the draw if, during the prize draw period you are (or you live with) or your immediate family member (parent, child, sibling and spouse of any of the foregoing) is an employee or representative of Pharmacy2U or Trinity McQueen or any of their subsidiaries, licensees or affiliates.
The total prize draw fund is 1 x £250 Amazon voucher. The prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. Only one prize draw entry per entrant. There is no alternative to the stated prize and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
Survey recipients who participate in the survey by midnight on 3rd June 2022 will be entered into the prize draw.
Entrants into the prize draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The random draw for the prizes will take place no later than 10 business days after the closing date of the survey.
The selected winner will be contacted by email within a further 10 business days of the draw and must confirm their full name and address to accept their prize. By accepting the prize, the selected winner gives the Sponsor permission to publish their details alongside those of other selected winners, in the format; first initial, surname (e.g. J Smith). If the selected winner does not comply with the prize draw rules or is unable to respond within 14 days of being contacted, that winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be sent to the winner within 4 weeks of confirmation of required details. Name and address details will be used for the purposes of prize fulfilment only and will not be used for any marketing purposes.
The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw, winner notification, or winner response to notification.
The Sponsor is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the prize draw.
By entering, contestants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants.
