I was given a sample of this at a check up following internal eye surgery. I had tried several products to sooth and lubricate with virtually no effect. Its not cheap but quality never is. It helps significantly with the effects of dry eyes etc. I might be persuaded that it improves clarity if only a little. Its been 2 years since the surgery. The outcome was better than hoped for and I still use Optive. Cant fault it.
