How we work
Our Online Doctor service has been designed to offer quality treatments, fast delivery and confidentiality. We understand that it can be both inconvenient and embarrassing to visit your local doctor and pharmacy for treatments or tests. With this in mind our service aims to help those seeking treatment from the comfort of their own home. Completing a consultation and ordering medication with us is quick, easy and safe, simply follow the procedure below...
Step 1
Select your condition, required treatment or test kit from the menus on the left and click the 'start your online consultation' button at the bottom of the page. Or click the 'order your test kit' button for test kits.
Step 2
Then click the 'buy now' button next to your required test kit or medicine, dosage and quantity. When ordering treatment, you will then be asked to complete your consultation by answering a few general medical questions and a condition specific questionnaire. It is important that you provide us with accurate contact information should our doctors wish to contact you to discuss your consultation. From the menus on the left you can also learn more about your condition or treatment should you have any queries.

Step 4
If you have ordered a test kit you will receive an email to let you know when your results are ready. You can find out more about how test kits work here.
Step 3
Once our Doctor has approved your order, you will receive your prescription the following day
Buying medication online comes with a degree of risk; there are many websites out there that are selling fake medication. Please do proceed with caution when purchasing medication online. To help ensure you purchase from a legitimate source here are a few tips:

Ensure you are purchasing from a registered company that have a genuine UK address and telephone number.

Only purchase from companies that insist you complete a medical consultation before purchasing prescription medication.

Check that the company dispenses UK branded prescription medication via a registered UK pharmacy.

Ensure the Doctor prescribing your medication is registered with the UK General Medical Council.

It is always recommended that you inform your GP of any medication you are taking to ensure they don’t conflict with anything he may prescribe you.
