I have been taking nigh Nurse for a number of years. I take it at the first sign of a cold because it dries up the cil symptoms and knocks you out for the count giving you a great sleep. For this reason take it just before going to bed. Highly recommend it - it works for me.
Excellent to help you sleep when you have a bad cold/flu. I struggled to sleep with my nose running all night and coughing and this sorted it out immediately. Defo reccomend
