I have been taking nigh Nurse for a number of years. I take it at the first sign of a cold because it dries up the cil symptoms and knocks you out for the count giving you a great sleep. For this reason take it just before going to bed. Highly recommend it - it works for me.
If I use this at night when I have a cold then I tend to start the next day much, much better. I suffer badly when I get a cough with a cold (I have problems getting rid of coughs) and before strictly using Night Nurse every night with a cold - I always got a cough - now with using this and Vicks First Defense, my colds are far less burdonsome - and less coughs! My guess as to why is connected to the fact that Night Nurse helps surpress all the extra fluid going around which at night was previously going to my lungs...
