Nicorette QuickMist 1mg/Spray Mouthspray Nicotine Freshmint Sprays relieves nicotine cravings in just thirty seconds to help you quit smoking. The spray acts fast, to help you quit for good, no matter how many cigarettes you smoke.
Directions: For adults and children 12 years and over. It is important to use enough nicotine spray to control cravings, and using 1 or 2 sprays corresponds to the nicotine from a cigarette. Use one spray first and if your cravings do not disappear within a few minutes use a second spray. If 2 sprays are required to control cravings, future doses may be delivered as 2 consecutive sprays. For many smokers this means about 1-2 sprays every 30 minutes to 1 hour. Do not use more than 2 sprays per dose or 4 sprays per hour or 64 sprays per day.
Before use, please read the information leaflet carefully.
Please read the enclosed leaflet for instructions.

Using Nicorette Quick Mist, You May Experience:
As is the case with all forms of NRT, you may experience some side effects. These may include;
Some users have reported a mild burning sensation on their lips if they come into contact with the spray. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. To avoid, simply take care not to get any spray on your lips.
Some users also report getting mild hiccups when using the spray. Don't worry, this is a common side effect for oral forms of NRT.
A Strong Taste
Some users have reported that Nicorette QuickMist has a distinctive, strong taste. This is quite normal for a Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) product due to the strong taste of nicotine, the active ingredient in NRT.
This pack contains 2 dispenser, containing 13.2 ml of solution which provides at least 150 Oromucosal sprays, each spray containing 1mg Nicotine
Other ingredients are: Propylene Glycol, Anhydrous Ethanol, Trometamol, Poloxamer 407, Glycerol, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Levomenthol, Mint Flavour, Cooling Flavour, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Hydrochloric Acid, Purified Water
Fast acting and found the minty taste a bit strong at first but seems pleasant now, was using electronic cigarettes but this works better for relief from cravings and without the hassle of charging and replacing cartridges, would recommend for the best way of giving up or cutting down on smoking.
Found wanting nicotine usually found me buying tobacco. The Quickmist is that problem solver. Better tasting too. Found no problem with the strong minty flavour after that first day (and night) and fresh breathed the next day. Highly recommended for the serious quitter. They may not be cheap but who wants to be addicted to NRT anyway?
