Sage (Salvia officinalis) originates from the Mediterranean and is one of the oldest medicinal and culinary herbs. Its aromatic scent enhances the flavor of stuffing when paired with onion.
Sage has a long history of medicinal use, dating back to John Gerrard's 1597 Herball. Our Sage Leaf tablets contain a 50mg extract equivalent to 500mg of dried sage leaves. They are guaranteed to have 2mg of rosmarinic acid per tablet. Free from thujone, which should not be consumed regularly, these vegan-friendly tablets are also lactose, wheat, and gluten free.
