Flaxseed oil is an excellent vegetarian source of omega-3 fats. It is rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA), which help maintain healthy blood cholesterol levels when consumed daily in amounts of 2g. Our cold-pressed flaxseed oil capsules provide 1000mg of flaxseed oil with 500mg of ALA and 170mg of LA per serving.

At Nature's Aid, we cold press our oils to preserve the integrity of the delicate fatty acids, which would be damaged by heat processing. Our cold pressing method ensures maximum nutrition is retained in these natural vegetarian oils.
