This is a unique and brilliant product. It not only protects but heals the skin. This is because it contains real lanolin, which is a pure and natural product which heals. Ignore any warning about lanolin, it was based on a mistake and somehow became an erroneous belief. My husband is a consultant dermatologist and says there is nothing better to protecting and healing skin.I have used this for sore nipples, but also for sore chapped hands in winter and it heals overnight.There is also nothing better than the nappy rash cream from this range for your baby. It will prevent nappy rash completely in a safe and natural way.The price is fair because you only need a tiny amount and it is made from expensive ingredients unlike most other products full of harmful petrol-chemical mineral oil.I am a surgeon and nothing is better than this product for minimising scarring.Highly recommended

This is a must if you are a breastfeeding mum: it negates any rubbing when the baby first latches on and takes the heat out of the nipple after feeding has stopped. You are not meant to need it once latching on is established but for me, its something I plan to have to hand for the entire time Im feeding - its just wonderful stuff! Breast pads are a good idea to make sure any greasiness doesnt stain your bra. The only downside is the cost and the fact that it isnt available in a larger tube or tub. I guess they know they are onto a good thing!
