Kalms Night One-A-Night

Kalms Night One-A-Night is a traditional herbal remedy that contains a unique combination of pure plant extracts, which helps to promote restful sleep and ease sleeping disorders. It contains a traditional herb, Valerian Root that has been used for over 30 years as a natural sedative.

How to take Kalms Night:

• Adults and the elderly: Swallow 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bedtime.
• One additional tablet can be taken earlier during the evening if necessary.
• As treatment effects may not be apparent immediately, Kalms Night should be taken for 2-4 weeks continuously.
• Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old.

• As it causes drowsiness, Kalms should not be used before driving or while operating tools or machinery
• Not suitable for use for pregnant ladies or during lactation
• Should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18
• Consult a doctor if your symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks
