Hills Prescription Diet Feline D/D with Venison & Green Pea is designed for the nutritional management of cats with intolerances and food allergies. As venison and peas are rarely used in cat foods, the risk of your cat reacting to this particular diet is significantly decreased and therefore reduces signs of adverse reactions to food. Reactions to food usually occur as a reaction to certain protein, which is why Hills Feline Venison is formulated with a single protein that helps to soothe uncomfortable digestion.
It also contains balanced levels of natural Omega 3 fatty acids to support healthy skin and a shiny coat and high quality ingredients for a great taste and texture with a mixture of wet and dry food.

My cat was prescribed Hills Feline D/D - Venison & Green Pea when he was diagnosed with irreritable bowel disease in 2012. He has not had problem with his disease since his new diet of this food. It always amuses me when I tell people he eats Vension and Green Pea buscuits , everyone thinks he is a well spoilt cat apart from the green pea part. Everyone mentions about peas from their school dinner days. My husband has suggested that mint added to the green pea may help especially with the smell of the final disposal at the other end, which in fact is not very bad either.
