Known as 'the body's spark plug', CoQ10 is a natural substance found in all cells of the body and is particularly high concentration in the heart. Healthspan combines 100mg of CoQ10 with vitamin B1 to create a supplement that supports your heart function and energy levels. Their capsules are made using all-natural Co-Enzyme Q10, so do not contain the impurities associated with a synthetic form. What's more, the capsules contain a sunflower-oil base, which helps your body to absorb the nutrients contained within the capsules much quicker.

Usage / Instructions

Swallow one to two capsules daily with water. Can be taken at the same time or as a divided dose. For optimal results, best taken at meal times. Recommended intake should not be exceeded.
