Fybogel Fibre Chews 60 are citrus-flavoured chewable tablets that provide a gentle and effective way to relieve constipation while helping to maintain regular bowel regularity. Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, these convenient chewable tablets are ideal for increasing daily fibre intake, whether at home or on the go. Formulated with Fibersol-2 soluble fibre, they work naturally with the body by helping the stool retain water and increase in bulk, making bowel movements easier to pass when taken regularly. Their pleasant citrus flavour and easy-to-chew format offer a simple and practical solution for supporting digestive health and regularity.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use after the expiry date. Keep out of the reach and sight of children and store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. Consult your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if taking other oral medicines (allow at least 2 hours between treatments), or if symptoms persist after 7 days. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if adverse reactions occur or if you are allergic to any ingredient. Contains 0.55 mg aspartame per tablet, a source of phenylalanine, which may be harmful for people with phenylketonuria (PKU). Possible side effects include abdominal swelling, flatulence and, with excessive doses, diarrhoea.
The active ingredient in Fybogel FibreChews is ispaghula husk, a natural soluble dietary fibre. Excipients include citric acid, sucrose, and flavouring agents that contribute to the citrus taste.
