For men

1. Remove the urine collection bottle from the screw-top container.
2. Write your full name and DOB on the container provided.
3. Waiting at least 2 hours since you last urinated, now urinate into the collection bottle making sure to catch the first few drops. Fill the bottle to the 20ml line provided. The best time to do this is in the morning.
4. Place the collection bottle back into the screw-top container which contains absorbent cloth.
Place the screw-top container and the included paperwork into the freepost envelope provided.
5. Post the envelope and wait for your results.
