Product details

Clove Oil BP is a cure to stop toothaches and temporary relieve the pain.If you have toothache, you should always see your dentist but for temporary relief you can rub clove oil along your gums to help with the pain. Although clove oil can be helpful in reducing symptoms, it should always be used sparingly and in a very diluted form.

Warnings / Side effects

Clove Oil BP - Do not use the medicine if:

You or your child have an allergy to Clove oil or Eugenol.
You or your childs blood that does not clot easily
You or your cild has diseased or damage gums

Clove Oil BP: Rare side effects are:

Temporary skin irritation
Dermatitis
Swelling of the lips

Usage / Instructions

How to use Clove Oil:

Apply it only to the affected tooth. Adults, the elderly and children:
Apply a small amount to some cotton wool and place on the affected tooth as required
Use with care on children under 2 years old

Clove oil had been recommended to me by a friend whose brother was a dentist this product works really well if you feel a slight toothache coming on or a a sore gum. Plus it smells lovely too. Caution needs to be taken not to get it accidentally on skin or lips or too much of the gums as it can give a burning/numbing sensation. Works well in the meantime before that much-needed dentist appointment!

Three days I suffered from strong pain in the tooth (eights). paracetamol and Ibalgin had not helped me, so I tried this method. I can highly recommend will help up to 5 minutes. clove oil is the fuel on the tongue in the mouth and therefore can not swallow, so there salivating. It is really effective in helping.

this item is great when you feel a toothache coming on, just rub it on the tooth and the pain disappears. if you rub it on too late and the to tothache is unbearable then the clove oil is not as effective where as if you rubbed it on when the tooth pain was just starting.I did find that the clove oil was good for pain of a dry socket though.
