Biofreeze Gel and Roll On are not suitable for use in children under the age of 2, Biofreeze Spray is not suitable for use in children under the age of 12. Apply a thin layer of Biofreeze Gel directly to area of the body you wish to treat, you do not need to rub the gel into the skin, simply let it do its job. Apply this product up to four times a day and no more. Do not wrap or bandage the area where you have used this product. Wash your hands after use.
