Berocca Film Coated Tablets are packed full of 11 vitamins & minerals including vitamins B1 and B2 to help support natural energy release, B5 to support mental performance and B12 to help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1 and B2 work with your body to naturally convert food to fuel, helping you to release your energy. Berocca is free from caffeine, sugar and artificial stimulants and suitable for vegans. Berocca contains Vitamins B1, B2, B3 (Niacin), B5 (Pantothenic Acid), B6, B7 (Biotin), B9, B12, Vitamin C, Magnesium and Zinc.

Berocca can be taken every day throughout the year, but should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 1 tablet. Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for people with kidney problems.

Usage / Instructions

How to Use Berocca

Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water. Berocca is best taken first thing in the morning to make the most of the day ahead and can be taken every day throughout the year. Taking more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Berocca should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Berocca is suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Calcium carbonate, Magnesium carbonate, Anti-caking agents (Polyvinylpyrrolidone, Cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, Talc, Magnesium stearate), Magnesium oxide, Lactose (Milk), Niacin (Nicotinamide), Bulking agents (Mannitol, Stearic acid, Cellulose), Glazing agents (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Hydroxypropyl cellulose), Zinc (Zinc citrate), Pantothenic acid (Calcium pantothenate), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Rice Starch, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Folic acid (Pteroylmonoglutamic acid), Colours (Iron oxides), Biotin, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

I am pleased with my order the only problem is that one cannot order online more than 1 box the 1st line a managed to get 2 but tried to order again and they would only let me have 1 and if that's how it must be one has to pay the delivery charges each time and i can't get them anywhere else and can only take this product Thanks
