Almus Senease 7.5mg Tablets are formulated to provide short-term relief from occasional constipation in adults aged 18 years and over. Each tablet contains sennosides equivalent to 7.5mg hydroxyanthracene glycosides, a stimulant laxative that works by encouraging the natural movement of the bowel to help pass stools and relieve constipation. The easy-to-swallow tablets offer a convenient solution for occasional digestive discomfort. It is important to note that Almus Senease is intended solely for the treatment of constipation and does not aid weight loss, as it has no effect on the number of calories absorbed from food.
Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not use if you have bowel or stomach problems. It is not suitable for use if you are pregnant, breast feeding, or have a heart or kidney condition. Not suitable for individuals under 18 years of age.
Swallow 1-2 tablets at night. Do not take more than the label directs. If there is no bowel movement after 3 days, or if symptoms persist, consult your doctor. It is not intended for prolonged use; do not use for more than one week.
The active ingredient is Sennosides (as calcium salts) equivalent to 7.5mg hydroxyanthracene glycosides, calculated as Sennoside B. The other ingredient is lactose.
