This focus point is located where the elbow is bent, and a skin crease can be seen, just below the elbow joint. I have found the Qu-chi band to be a fantastic way of keeping my hayfever at bay. I am now able to play a round of golf without having to suffer the drowsiness that taking an antihistamine causes. I also find that wearing the 'Qu-Chi' Acupressure Band overnight has allowed me to get a great night's sleep without being woken up sneezing. All in all, highly recommended.
