Free Delivery on Orders Over £40Christmas Deliveries

UK Orders - Thursday 22nd December
International Orders - Friday 16th December.
Standard Delivery
For orders under £40 in value we charge £3.49 for UK delivery. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail delivery postal costs.
For orders that weigh 30kg or more (and for every subsequent 30kgs) there is an additional handling charge of £3.49 per 30kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.
Free Delivery on NHS Prescription OrdersStandard Delivery
NHS prescription orders are delivered FREE of charge within the UK. Prescription orders are despatched using registered post. We aim to despatch Prescription orders on the same working same day as we receive your physical prescription. Delivery is made using a signed for service in unmarked discreet packaging.
Delivery Charge from £3.95
Delivery charges to Europe are shown at checkout dependent on the weight of your parcel and destination. Delivery is usually within 3-10 days from dispatch. Certain product and weight restrictions apply.
Delivery Charge from £4.25
Please note were unable to ship Prescription Medicines to destinations outside of the European Union.
Delivery charges to regions outside of Europe are shown at checkout dependent on the weight of your parcel and destination. Delivery is usually 5-15 days from dispatch. All prices shown online include VAT. At checkout VAT (20%) will be deducted where applicable. Certain weight and product restrictions apply.
In order to comply with UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK.

Please note: Deliveries are made to the address supplied to us. If orders are returned to us by the carriage company we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch. If you have not received your order and have received a dispatch confirmation email, please allow at least 15 working days (for UK deliveries) or 20 working days (for international deliveries). We will report this missing parcel to Royal Mail who will then send you a P91 form. You must complete this P91 form and return it to Royal Mail within 10 days or Royal Mail will close the claim and in return we will not be able to issue a replacement. Once Royal Mail have received and accepted the completed P91 Form they will inform us of the result and we will then send you a replacement. These are Royal Mails new procedures which we are forced to adhere with. If you require your items urgently it is advised that you re-order them through our website.
CANCELLATIONS
In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us at Contact Us before returning an item to request an Returns authorisation code. If the item is returned without an authorisation code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from our warehouse a £6 handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Due to FDA regulations and US Customs we cannot guarantee supply of any medicines to the US or Canada.
