Woodwards Gripe Water is wonderful. I moved from Scotland to Sweden in 2002. My daughter was born in Sweden the following year. When she had colic I tried to buy gripe mixture in Sweden without success and then tried to make my own with fennel tea, bicarbonate of soda etc :) It worked a bit. Chemist Direct came to my rescue. This is an awesome product - not just for babies but for anyone who suffers with excessive stomach wind, gastritis or some other stomach complaints. I was given it when I was a baby and now live on it as an adult in my 50s, as I have a lot of colic and gas now coming from a couple of such problems, but this is the ONLY thing that stops me being sick - way ahead of Nexium and other prescription products - for me at least. Highly recommended.
