Price Match Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Price matching is eligible for in-stock products which are destined for delivery within the UK. The additional conditions also apply:

1. ChemistDirect.co.uk will price match against Lloyds Pharmacy, Superdrug, Boots or Pets at home in-store and online prices.
2. The competitor's product must be identical to that offered at ChemistDirect.co.uk (e.g. same size, quantities, strengths, brand, etc.).
3. The competitor's product must be in stock and the price must be publicly advertised. Both stock and price must be verifiable at the time of the price matching.
4. Price match is against the price of a product; excluding delivery charges or other services.
5. The competitor's price must not include any marked down price savings.
6. In addition, we cannot match against other discounts, such as multi-item promotional offers (e.g. buy one get one free), bulk buying discounts, voucher codes, spend and save offers (e.g. £5 off when you spend £50) or personal discounts (e.g. loyalty points or incentives).
7. The competitor must sell directly to consumers, (e.g. not through an auction or marketplace outlet such as eBay or Amazon).
8. We will price match up until 7 days after purchase. The 7 days will be measured from the time of purchase to the time the price match is requested. As usual, the competitor's price must be verifiable at the time of the matching.
9. Once purchase has been made, we can only price match against our competitors (not ourselves).
10. No additional promotional offers or vouchers can be used once a price has been matched. In other words, discount vouchers cannot be applied to price matched products to receive a further discount.
11. When providing a price match post purchase, we will aim to provide you with an immediate refund back to the original payment account you used when you placed your order.
12. Competitor price match is unavailable for Auto Reorder customers. Auto Reorder guarantees the best price from ChemistDirect.co.uk and is governed by its own set of terms and conditions.
13. Price match is unavailable on Private Prescription orders, including Pet Prescriptions.
14. ChemistDirect.co.uk reserves the right to decline matches against competitor prices which reasonably appear to be in error. We also reserve the right to cease or modify this Price Match policy at any time.
