In order to process your pet prescription quickly and efficiently, please follow these easy steps:

    Select the pet prescription item from the website and add to basket.

    Go to your basket, select the quantity you want to purchase of your pet prescription, and tick the box to confirm you hold a valid pet prescription which you will post to us immediately.

    Select your delivery address, choose a delivery option and enter your payment details. If the pet prescription is a repeat prescription, you can choose the auto-reorder option to ensure you receive your pet´s medications regularly, at a time of the month that suits you.

  • 4

    Once your order is confirmed, a freepost address will appear on screen. Mail your prescription to this 2nd class freepost address (available for non-urgent deliveries). If you require your pet prescriptions urgently then please attach a first class stamp and post your prescription directly to the displayed address.
