The human body uses 20 amino acids to build proteins, which help maintain muscle mass and healthy bones. Of the 20 amino acids, 9 are essential - the body cannot produce them, so we must obtain them through protein-rich foods. The other 11 amino acids are conditional; the body can usually make them, but in times of illness and stress, they become essential and must come from the diet.
These conditional amino acids include arginine, cysteine, glutamine, glycine, proline, serine and tyrosine. Our L-Arginine tablets contain 750mg of L-arginine hydrochloride, which provides 620mg of pure L-arginine. These vegetarian, gluten-free tablets are suitable for supplementing conditional amino acids like L-arginine.
