Bells Magnesium Sulphate Paste is used in the management of superficial skin infections, including boils. When applied to the skin, the ingredients help to draw infected wounds and reduce inflammation.

Zinc & Castor Oil Ointment is used for symptomatic relief of nappy rash, and as a protective water-resistant cream for dry, chapped skin. The ointment contains zinc oxide, a mild antiseptic and astringent for the skin, and castor oil which helps soften dry, hard and chapped skin.
