My stomach does look flatter in the mornings but perhaps due to the runs these pills seem to be giving me on daily basis. But no doubt they seem to stop unused calories turning into fat - I think you discharge them. One downside is that they do give me stomachache from time to time and give me really bad runs.

lipobind are very good to help with knowing when you are full up these help and craveings for sweets stop after you have taken these i would recconend them with no side effects
