In each sachet, this delicious energy gel provides an impressive 25 g of carbohydrates and three electrolytes. Best taken before or during a workout, Healthspan uses a dual combination of carbohydrates using a 2:1 Maltodextrin Fructose mix that provides a concentrated source of fuel when you need it the most. Electrolytes (sodium, potassium and calcium’) have also been added to replace those lost during exercise.
