Chemist Direct Omega 3 Fish Oil Softgels contain 1000mg of Fish Oil which is made up of 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA. Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids which are essential for general health and wellbeing. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Omega-3 intake is thought to be associated with healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Omega-3 also reduces inflammation and may lower the risk of certain diseases such as arthritis.
