Why take Venex™?
If you lead a sedentary lifestyle, or if your job involves a lot of standing up, mainly standing still for long periods of time, this can lead to the appearance of thread veins or other unsightly veins within the legs. This is because the less we move the more we can cause blood flow in the veins to become slow. Poor circulation has been linked to clots in blood vessels and varicose veins.
In order to help prevent such conditions taking a daily supplement like Venex can help. The combination of circulation boosting ingredients could help maintain healthy circulation. A healthy circulation may also help lessen the appearance (or occurrence) of varicose veins. This is because Varicose Veins are usually caused by weak vein walls and valves.
Inside your veins are tiny one-way valves that open to let the blood through and then close to prevent it flowing backwards.
Occasionally, the walls of the veins can become overextended and lose their pliability, causing the valves to weaken. If the valves do not function correctly, blood can flow backwards. If this happens, blood collects in your veins and inevitably become swollen and enlarged.
Hence, if your circulation is healthy, so to can be the appearance of your legs!
Take Venex™ if you want to:
Have beautiful looking skirt-worthy legs without the appearance of unsightly veins
Promote healthy circulation
Support a healthy heart
Venex™ supports healthy circulation and is a cleverly formulated supplement developed by leading pharmacists and nutritionists that uses a unique combination of ingredients.
Green Tea, Vitamin E and N-Acetyl Cysteine all possess antioxidant properties that help promote a healthy heart and help support a free flowing blood supply. Ginger has also been shown to relax the muscles surrounding the blood vessels, also helping to support healthy circulation.
Nattokinase, Vitamin E, Ginger and Garlic have been scientifically shown to possess anti-coagulant properties thereby helping to prevent the formation of blood clots and help ensure good circulation.
How does Venex™ work? The science behind the secret….
Venex™ contains Green Tea which contains polyphenols (antioxidants). And it is specifically its catechins that have demonstrated antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and cholesterol-lowering properties in scientific studies. Epigallocatechin gallate, or EGCG, is the most intensively studied of green tea’s polyphenols and contribute toward supporting healthy circulation.
N-acetyl Cysteine is considered an antioxidant. It directly attacks certain free radicals in the body and thus is able to reduce the level of LDL cholesterol within blood vessels.
Nattokinase has been shown to be capable of dissolving fibrin, the protein component of blood clots, thus enabling Venex™ to reduce the risk of blood clotting during long periods of immobility.
Besides allicin, garlic also contains numerous sulfur-containing compounds that act either alone or together to benefit the cardiovascular system. These compounds lower the risk of oxidative stress, which can cause damage to the blood vessel lining and increase the possibility of vessel congestion. Compounds, particularly ajoene within garlic, act as a blood thinner, preventing unnecessary clotting.
Garlic is even a good source of Vitamin B6, which decreases levels of homocysteine, an amino acid that, at raised levels, can produce blood clots and harden and narrow the arteries.
Vitamin E contains 4 types of tocopherols. It is the alpha-tocopherols that display anti-inflammatory effects and platelet aggregation inhibition within the body, which has resulted into lower rates of cardiovascular disease.
Platelet adhesion (sticking to the walls of blood vessels) can happen due to a slower movement of blood, which, in turn, can block arteries. Ginger improves blood circulation by dilating blood vessels and reducing platelet aggregation. This maintains fluidity of blood circulation.
The Nattokinase, Ginger, Garlic and Vitamin E within Venex™ help the formulation to act like an anticoagulant. It doesn’t actually thin the blood it simply modifies certain chemicals in the blood to stop clots forming so effortlessly.
The remaining ingredients of Green Tea, N-Acetyl Cysteine and even Vitamin E contain antioxidants that help to promote healthy circulation and support a healthy heart by relaxing the muscles surrounding the deep leg veins, helping blood flow freely and thereby facilitating circulation.
Is Venex™ right for me?
Venex is a daily supplement that may help support healthy circulation so much so that it may help to lessen the appearance of unsightly veins, helping you to feel more confident about showing off your legs this whenever the sun chooses to appear.
Recent Studies show that Ginger can help improve circulation
A study conducted by Nurtjahja-Tjendraputra et al, published in "
Thrombosis Research " 2003 titled '
Effective anti-platelet and COX-1 enzyme inhibitors from pungent constituents of ginger ' demonstrated that ginger is an effective anti-coagulant. Researchers also found that gingerol was a more effective anti-platelet agent than aspirin.
Venex™ effect upon blood vessels
There are numerous studies demonstrating that green tea catechins inhibit atherosclerosis and stabilise the arteries, even when atherosclerosis is already present. A study titlted 'Green Tea Catechins Improve Human Forearm Endothelial Dysfunction and have Antiatherosclerotic Effects in Smokers ' published in the March 2010 issue of "Circulation Journal, " Japanese researchers, Jun-ichi et al, demonstrated that high doses of green tea catechins (GTC) – 580 mg daily, or about seven cups of tea – stabilised arteries and exerted anti-atherosclerotic effects in smokers.
Venex™ effect on Platelets
A study published in the March 2009 issue of "Nutrition Research " reports that "Nattokinase supplements reduced concentrations of clotting factors in healthy volunteers and in people at high risk for developing cardiovascular disease ".
Vitamin E can have an effect upon your platelet activity levels. A study titled ‘Vitamin E inhibition on platelet procoagulant activity: involvement of aminophospholipid translocase activity ’ conducted by Kim et al, published in "Thrombosis Research " 2011 suggests that vitamin E can effectively lower the levels of activated platelets in your bloodstream, preventing the formation of blood clots within your body.
Garlic helps prevent platelets from sticking together. If you have a very high platelet count, you may have an increased risk of platelet aggregation and taking garlic may help to reduce the blood's ability to form clots. A study conducted by Rahman, published in the Molecular Nutrition & Food Research, 2007 looked at the 'Effects of garlic on platelet biochemistry and physiology '. Rahman concluded that garlic inhibits platelet aggregation by multiple mechanisms and may have a role in preventing cardiovascular disease.

Can alternative medicine help my swollen veins?
Health Article: Daily Mail
Thrombophlebitis is a condition characterised by inflammation in a vein near the surface of the skin, usually in the leg. Another feature of this condition is the formation of small blood clots around the site of inflammation.
Typical symptoms of thrombophlebitis include swelling, redness and tenderness in and around the affected area. Thrombophlebitis can occur as a result of injury to a superficial vein and is more common in people who suffer from varicose veins.
A major component of the tiny blood clots that occur in thrombophlebitis is a blood protein called fibrin. The body breaks down fibrin naturally in time, but certain foods such as garlic, onions, cayenne pepper and ginger have the ability to accelerate this process.
These foods can therefore help to relieve the symptoms of thrombophlebitis and you should therefore include plenty of them in your diet.
Spotting and preventing thread veins
Health Article: Daily Mail
If you have a job where you are standing for most of the day - hairdressers and teachers take note - the increased pressure on your legs could trigger the condition.
Vitamins C, E and K are all essential for maintaining good skin health.
Vitamin E is a natural antioxidant which protects the skin and is also essential for protecting cell membranes. This strengthens the capillaries making thread veins less likely. Vitamin E can be found in olive oil, peanuts, leafy green vegetables and whole grain breads and cereals.
You can also help yourself by wearing stockings! Dr Rachael Morris-Jones, a dermatologist for Vichy Laboratories, says, 'If you are in a 'high risk group' for developing thread veins - like teaching where you are on your feet all day - you can try to prevent them by wearing something that compresses your legs such as support stockings from the pharmacy.'
Compressing the legs boost the blood flow back up to the heart, reducing blood pressure in the legs which cuts your risk of thread veins.
