Alli is still the best of the slimming aids. You must eat healthily as well or else suffer the nasty side effects.

I didnt lose any more weight than usual. hated the side effects. best stick to a healthy diet. I wont buy these again. Even if you stick to a low fat diet with these alli tablets the gas is terrible.

I have tried loads of slimming aids but Alli is by far the best! I have been using alli for 1 month now and my bmi has alredy been reduced by 1% an I have lost 6 lbs. My size 14 jeans are now so baggy that I have to wear a belt, I'll have to buy a new pair soon! I have only been taking 1 after my evening meal because my breakfast and lunch have been low fat. The only time I have had any affects is when I had an Indian takeaway and the next day there was a lot of orange oil in the toilet (which floats on top of the water) but that was to be expected as the meal was high fat. I can honestly say that these have really worked for me and I shall continue to use them until I reach my goal weight which is to lose another stone and to get my bmi to 25. Give them a try, you will be amazed at how quickly the weight is coming off, Good Luck.

Alli works for me - lost half a stone in a month... which to me is great. Have experienced side effects, but can easily deal with them. Great product!

Bought Alli in December but didn't start using it until last month and to date I have lost 6lbs which is brilliant! I find I am also more concious of choosing the right foods so its helping all round

I have found alli to be successful compared to most weight loss aids. You need to stick to low fat foods to discourage any of the symptoms! Its working for me!

I tried Alli alongside the Nutracheck diet on here. Despite all the bad things i hear about accidents etc. When sticking to nutracheck fat limits I have not had any adverse effects from this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks and lost 7lbs. I would recommend if you are willing to stick to a strict diet. If you dont use it alongside a diet it would be a waste of money.

I have been taking Alli for about 2 months. As a rule I don't weigh myself as I do cardio/weight training 3-4 times a week and have been gaining muscle weight. I bought Alli and followed all the rules and never lost an ounce, I only got side effects if I ate something with fat in it, but dont eat a lot of fat anyway, but still never experienced any weight loss at all. Really wouldn't waste money on these again

Just wanted to add my review, I have been using alli now for the last couple of weeks and had my weigh in this morning and have lost 5.5lbs am over the moon, you only have side effects if you have loads of junk but being on this it does make u more motivated. fingers crossed for an even better weight loss next week.

Lost 8lbs in 8 weeks with Alli. As well as stopping absorbsion of fat it retrains your eating habits as too much fat will def give u side effects!! For example a full english breakfast will prove to be embarrassing later or next day however u simply learn to eat differently. Feel whole lot better since taking Alli and prob do at least another 3 months with it.

Been on Alli with no problems, as long as you read the documents and stick to the rules, all will be well. Went on Alli for 2 weeks and lost 4lbs, but you do need to try to excerise as well if possible. Now going on Alli for Month course, to try to reach target weight.

I read loads of reviews before ordering Alli and was unsure of ordering it because I'm a student and I work part-time so the idea of needing to be near a bathroom all day didn't appeal. However, I've been taking Alli for couple of weeks and the side effects have been ok. If you don't exceed the fat allowance they are fine. To celebrate the end of my exams I ate a pizza and a chocolate pudding which obviously well exceeded the fat allowance and the next morning I briefly experienced the 'treatment effects' but I was able to then carry on my day as normal.When I'm not naughty this doesn't happen though so just be careful. As for weight loss, it's hard to tell because my scales are rubbish but I do feel lighter and my work trousers are looser. I definitely recommend this product and even though it doesn't suppress your appetite, I've found myself eating less because I feel more motivated, so if you're thinking about ordering it, go on, give it a go :-)
