Schwarzkopf Live Ultra Brights Or Pastel 95 Electric Blue Hair Dye allows you to express your creativity. With one product, you can create two amazing colour results.

With this product, you can create intense, vibrant colour with the built-in electrifying pigments, or create a soft, pastel shade by mixing the Colour Cream with the Conditioner.
