Redoxon All Day Defence keep releasing Vitamin C into your system for up to 8 hours.

Vitamin C:

Works with the white blood cells to help maintain a healthy immune system
An antioxidant able to neutralise potentially damaging free radicals

How to use Redoxon All Day Defence:

Regular usage is recommended due to the body's inability to store Vitamin C

Adults and children over 12 years old:

Take 2 capsules per day with a glass of water

This product has helped my Rheumatoid Arthritis immensely and I have used it for about 18 - 20 years now. It boosts my non existent immune system and when I take it twice a day keeps me free from colds and viruses. It also works as an anti inflammatory reducing pain and swelling.This year I was unable to buy it from my normal source and went without it for a few months, consequently I am still struggling now in July to get rid of a cold I had in March.

Following recomendation from ouir pharmacist about 15 years ago, we always take these as an additional supplement at first sign of cold etc. Often it wards off completely the fullm development of the cold etc. but even if not, the boost the caps. give is excellent and the syptoms far easier to cope with. Always have some in the cupboard in readinesss.
