STEP 1
Activate the dispenser. Using your thumb, press the button on the back of the dispenser inwards and raise the applicator into position
STEP 2
Point the nozzle towards your open mouth, holding it as close to your mouth as possible. Press the top of the dispenser and release one spray into the mouth, into the cheek or under the tongue
STEP 3
If in a few minutes your cravings are not relieved, use the spray again. To close the dispenser, slide the button down and lower the applicator
