The product is a great size, it fits easily into a pocket or bag. It has a great taste and works quickly to reduce a craving (less than one minute). The app is simple to navigate and really helps keep you on track. Seeing how far you have come is really motivational. You are able to set your own goals and see how much you are saving. Cool berry
