Panax Ginseng:

Panax Ginseng otherwise known as Korean Ginseng is an adaptogen herb used for thousands of years to treat fatigue, stress and respiratory conditions such as asthma. It is used in traditional Chinese medicine as a tonic to increase strength, longevity and vitality. Panax Ginseng is a herb that comes from the Araliaceae family. Its active elements include ginsenosides & panaxans. Ginsenosides have the capability to reverse the effects of stress and improve physical & mental performance. Panaxans are complexes that support the immune system and may help to lower blood sugar levels within the body. Both ginsenosides and panaxans seem to possess immunomodulating properties that stabilise the hormonal stress system of the body (known as the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis).

Vitamin C:

Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin. Humans cannot make vitamin C -- it must be obtained from our diets. Vitamin C is an antioxidant which helps prevent damage caused to body cells by free radicals. Free radicals are reactive molecules created naturally during metabolism, although, they are also present in air pollution, cigarette smoke and even ultraviolet light. A build-up of free radicals play a part in the ageing process, heart disease, cancer and arthritis. Vitamin C even helps regenerate other antioxidants inside the body, such as vitamin E, in order to help prevent damage caused by free radicals.

Atriplex Halimus otherwise known as Salt bush is a shrub that grows throughout the Mediterranean, Middle East, North Africa, and South Europe. It is particularly common in areas where the soil contains saline. Salt bush is a nutritious plant, high in protein, vitamins C, A, D and minerals including chromium.

N-acetylcysteine:

N-acetylcysteine is a modified form of the amino acid cysteine, which is a powerful antioxidant that helps your body to generate glutathione and prevent cellular damage. Glutathione is the body's main resource of protection against toxins. The increase in glutathione allows the body to overcome certain conditions. N-acetylcysteine also directly attacks certain free radicals in the body, which is why it's considered an antioxidant.

Avena sativa is the botanical name for wild oats, also commonly called oat straw and oat bran. The plant is part of the Graminaceae family Oat bran contains more soluble fibre than any other plant source and is the only cereal grain with a protein similar to that found in beans. Apart from being nutritious, oats may provide other health-giving effects. In folk medicine, oats were used to treat nervous exhaustion, insomnia and weakness of the nerves.
