I have found arnica a wonder when it comes to soothing if not eradicating inflammation of joints, muscle and tendons as well as helping to heal bruises. The cream is easily applied and doesn?t make a mess of clothing or bed sheets ? unless you count the tears on the pillow from crying with relief. Yeah ? a bit overdramatic that, but not by much. The old wives got it right with this one. Just one man?s opinion.
Quite simply arnica cream is the most manageable form of this excellent herbal remedy for bruises, muscle pain and those tricky painful inflammations which seem to hide inside bones and which other creams just seem to chase to other joints. My experience of it is that it seems to travel the inner highways of nerves, chasing that pain down and wrestling it into submission. Placed on the arch of the foot and massaged in, it has relieved inflammation and pain which I couldnt quite pinpoint. Now that arthritis is trumpeting its arrival, Im never without a supply of this.Highly recommended.
