You can treat diagnosed IBS-related diarrhoea with IMODIUM� IBS Relief. IMODIUM� works in harmony with your body to help restore its natural pace, gently slowing digestion back down to a normal rhythm.

What does Imodium do?

IMODIUM contains the active ingredient Loperamide. This medication is used to treat sudden diarrhoea (including traveller's diarrhoea). It works by slowing down the movement of the gut. This decreases the number of bowel movements and makes the stool less watery.

Warnings / Side effects

Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Imodium is for the symptomatic relief of diarrhoea only and is not a substitute for rehydration therapy.

Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Warning: do not exceed the stated dose.

Precautions

This is a medicine; Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist.

Seek advice before using if you are breast feeding, pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or suffer from allergies.

Usage / Instructions

Initial: 2 capsules
Then: 1 capsule after each episode of diarrhoea
Don�t take more than 6 tablets in any 24-hour period
