How to use Bell's Epsom Salts BP:
For constipation: Adults and children aged over 12 years: Orally take one to three 5ml spoonfuls of powder dissolved in 250ml of water, as required. Flavour with fruit juice if desired.
For pain relief: Adults and children aged over 12 years: Dissolve one teaspoon in a small cup full of warm water and apply with lint or cotton wool to the affected skin.
